The community of Rough Hollow features an exquisite selection of homes that feature waterfront access and views. Custom built homes, waterfront villas, semi-custom homes, and custom home sites can be found throughout Rough Hollow. Currently, because parts of the community are still under development, there are only six available neighborhoods to choose from: The Enclave, Yacht Club Villas, The Overlook, The Bluffs, Water’s Edge, and East Rim. These neighborhoods were all completed during Phase I of the building process. Phase II of the building process will include three additional neighborhoods, Cypress Ridge, The Woodlands, and Canyonside, in addition to a hotel, elementary school, 9,000 feet of shoreline, shopping, the new Lakeway Regional Medical Center and a variety of other amenities.

Home prices in Rough Hollow’s communities

Interested buyers will find that Rough Hollow’s home prices range from $280,000 and can exceed $3 million. Prices for homes in the neighborhood of The Bluffs start in the $500,000s and features custom built homes. The Fall 2010 Parade of Homes was held in this unique neighborhood. East Rim includes 59 home sites with prices starting in the high $300,000 range. The neighborhood of Water’s Edge hosted the 2008 Parade of Homes and includes custom built waterfront homes starting in the $700,000 range. Prices for homes in the gated luxury villa community of Yacht Club Villas have yet to be released, but buyers won’t be disappointed by the quality and location of these villas. The Enclave at Rough Hollow features custom homes in this gated neighborhood; prices begin in the low $700,000s. Finally, The Overlook features 55 home sites with prices starting in the $300,000 range.
